Therapy Writing

Throughout my life, I've always expressed myself in different ways - but I've always been told I was "too much".


  • Talks too much

  • Questions too much

  • Accessorizes too much

  • Shops too much

  • Eats too much

  • Drinks too much


TOO MUCH!!


I like to write. I like to put my thoughts down on paper and then reread them and reflect. Who I was in my teens and 20's are LONG gone. Even the 30's & 40's. I continue to evolve as a person. My core values stay the same - but my view of the world and more importantly - myself are always changing. I LOVE to learn things. I love to reexamine things. I love to dig into why I am the way I am and potentionally make changes to be better.


Many years ago I had a website where I wrote & self-published all my essays. I haven't contributed to it in years. Time moved on, technology changed and it's no longer working.


But I need to get back. I need to retap my writing energy. I need to have a place to share my thoughts and ideas and rants. I don't expect to have a huge following - but at least get it out of my brain.


That's what this is about.
